Spring rates for wayne due subframe/IRS

My 68 firebird has Wayne Due a wayne due c4 subframe and corvette irs. I will be running QA1 pro-stars for coilovers and plan on going with 10" springs. For weight wise, it has an LT1/t56 so it is fairly light, but it has 315's on all 4 wheels so the ride won't be great to start with.



I don't mind a firm ride. As I understand it Wayne said to run 350 lb springs in the back and lighter ones in the front. I think it should be the other way around with heavier springs in front and they should be around 450lbs.
What spring weight do you guys with c4 suspension run?
