Have 3-5k to spend on front suspension of my 65 coupe

Like the title says i have about 3-5k depending on a few things to spend on the front suspension, including brakes, of my 65 mustang...the thing is i just got done replacing all the worn out stuff with new mustangs plus stuff i.e. new control arms, bushings, 620 springs, and i also did the "shelby" mod.

But i dont like the feel of it. I want a newer version rack, something thats like 2-3 turns lock to lock. Also i dont mind going the mustang 2 route but its not needed as i plan on modifying my shock towers. i am going to be running a 302 based motor. This car is already in the process of being "back halved" so i want the front to sit equally as low.
