Need to know what brakes you are running F & R as this will have a big effect on what the "right" M/C is. If you're running F & R drums, I'd look for a M/C for a 67-69 Camaro with manual drum brakes (1" bore and "should" have residual press valves in it for the drums). If running Disc/Disc, you can use a M/C for a 68-76 vette with manual disc brakes (also 1" bore, but no residual press valves). This will also work for Disc/Drum, but you "should" add a 10 lb residual pressure valve to the rear brake lines.
In any case, you'll want to make sure you get a M/C with a "deep" pushrod hole to retain the manual brake pushrod. Newer M/C's (like the ones used in 70+ camaro) use a shallow pushrod hole. REALLY newer M/C's (80+?) use a 3-piston M/C with a shallow hole.

Forgot to add, another possibility is a '77 Malibu M/C for manual brakes. It's a 15/16" bore and (I think) is set up for Disc/Drum, but has the opposite plumbing as my Camaro, so I forgot about it. Depending on what front calipers you use, this might be marginal for fluid volume though (may not move enough fluid for big piston calipers)
