DIS EFI 8.2L FORD Big Block

I would like to have a distributerless system on my big block and my only problems are the crank sensor and the computer . I want to use the stock FORD ECM (for shure), but one from a 4.6L or a 5.0L ? If all I need to do is the crankwheel for the sensor , is TDC the missing teeth ? Do I just drop it at a machine shop and then just plug in the 5.0L DIS system? The company said that they can delete some things , what things ? Should I get the firing order for the injectors changed in the harness ? The fuel system is fine . I'll get injectors to match the ECM .(800hp N/A) Has any body gone thru this ? What did you do ? I don't mind putting a big coil on each plug either .
