First, Thank you all for your support.

As for the '01 with the LS1 --
I can't decide if I want to go LS7, or BBC. I know there is a huge difference there, but I am thinking selling the '01 car and / or motor for money to get the frame and body right. I just want to make sure that I do that right from the start.

I was really leaning toward BBC, but looking at some of the LS7 stuff out there I am leaning that way too.

The '01 was not that badly damaged, but the insurance company called it a total because the rear frame rails were bent. It is really not that bad. The motor has a spec'd LG G5x4 cam in it and the tranny has a Yank PT4000 in it. That thing would run like a raped ape and it drove it everyday getting 16mpg around town. I really hate to get rid of it, but I think the money will be helpfull.

I swear I am worse than a woman looking for shoes and a purse.
