need ford explorer wiring help. horn wires

Well, I have a prank I am helping someone with. I need to know what color the horn wire is, is it a ground wire like typical, and where is the connector for it at the base of the steering column. I'd also like to know if the brake light switch is a ground switch. This is for a second gen explorer which is the late 90s style.

If you haven't guessed it yet, we want the horn to come on when the brake is pressed.
