      one of those FORD guys!!

Hi all, just signed up into this website.I have been looking for suitable venue to post my car.I will do pics soon.I am not really an internet kind of person.I have had several cars over the years..this is my last build..really!!!! well, anyway that is what I tell my wife.Havin g recently sold a 33 nash 5w with a procharged 408 Windsor I was looking for something more comfortable,a nicer interior...etc.Being a Ford fanatic I looked any many cars and finally settled on a 58,000 mile 1963 2dr Comet post.Gotta love those fins.Car is currently primed, rolling, engine done, working on plumbing stereo install.Built as a pro street..s&w backhalf, fatman strut front end.Lentech AOD with brake.Engine is a 408 cleveland stroker with CHI 218cc heads. But what really does it is 6-71 running 8lbs boost.Dyno shows 796 hp at 6800 rpm.I have spent alot of time with interior, lizardskin insulation inside and out, dynamat interioir, custom sheetmetal dash with console.Vintage Air,All Infinity speakers, sub, sub amp 1100w,4channel amp 70x4.Car sits low and wicked I will get some before and after pics posted soon.Would be interested in hearing from other members with blown cars...old school oddballs appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a great car, I like the 63's too. Comets and Fairlanes. That's a motor combo I'd love to be doing, just too damn practical. I need an everywhere driver, like taking road trips in my car. Is it a driver yet or being built. I'd like to hear about the suspension.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
