Frame Measurement Issues

I am installing a Art Morrison Tri-4 bar system in my '70 Camaro and I am running into some problems with getting correct measurements to install the frame rails level. I am having issues with the measurement points on the body do to factory imperfections and I am also having problems with level points to measure from due to the lack of a frame/body dolly or cart. Does any one have any suggestions that would help me or does anyone have any blueprints or know of a company that sales a frame/body dolly or cart that I could weld the body to for more correct measurements? Thank you.
