      Hello! New here, as well

My name is Dale, and I am the owner of 180SX Faktory. I may be the only import guy in here, but I look to American Pro-Touring for design ideas and inspiration. I wanna learn the stuff you guys are doing because some day, the imports will need the very things you guys have developed over the years. To me, Pro-Touring one off is where it's at, whether it's American or import.

As for what I drive now, I drive a Nissan 180SX (Japan RHD) and a Nissan 200SX (UK version RHD)

I like the black one! The wing on the white one is not my style, but they are both very clean. Well done, and welcome! There are a few imports here, so no worries.

Thanks! Good to know that I'm not the only import guy here.

The black one is my daily driver. I'm a firm believer that cars were meant to be driven, not locked away.

Thanks, bros! It's nice to belong! That white one is basically running my life right now, and I'm trying to finish her up soon in order to start the shakedown/baselining of things.

Welcome. I had a 90 240 back in the day. Still one of the best handling cars I have driven. Power wise.........nnnnnot so much, but it seems you have that end covered as well.

Yeah, North America got the low end engines with a lot of torque but no horsepower to think of. The Japan 180SX and the UK/Euro 200SX got forced induction from the factory. This SR20DET I have is full built from the bottom up, and my target is 550 whp on race gas and 450 on pump gas. My power-to-weight ratio alone should make this car feel double the horsepower.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

Wow! Thanks! JC, you have a Scarab? I think that's what the Z cars with 350 conversion were called back in the 80's. Yes! All cars are fun when you take great care of them and treat them right!

Then you are probably a huge fan of Full Race's complete R32 GTR chassis/engine/gearbox transplant into the S14! That is a crazy swap! I have a customer with an S14, and he wants to do the 2JZ swap next month.

Project this weekend is the start of build number 1 of a prototype I did last summer. A 240SX with a donor engine/transmission from a Nissan 300ZX. Twin-turbo, nothing cancelled, full options with paddle shifter from TWIST MACHINE.
