Power for electric water pump?

I installed a new wiring harness in my Camaro and used the fuse that was for the electric fuel pump. I ran it through a switch also just so that if I wanted to run the electric fan without the car running and without the water pump I could. My fuel pump is ran off the relay board that I put together for my MegaSquirt fuel injection. This might not help you out in your situation, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
