manual disc/disc master and 2.38" rear piston bore

Hey guys i have a 78 el camino that I am planninig on doing a 4 wheel manual disc brake swap on. Im using the speedway motors rear disc kit with the gm metric caliper with a piston bore of 2.38" for the rear caliper the front caliper is a SSBC dual piston caliper, not sure of the piston bores.that being said,do you guys think a corvette style Manual M/C with 1" bore will be sufficient enough for that rear caliper? I do plan on using a Adj PV.
