      Hello from Europe

      Hi folks,

just wanted to say 'Hello' from over here.

I currently have 3 cars in my garage.

We recently finished the resto of my '68 Firebird. Took us almost 2 years but I think it was worth the effort. IMHO she's a damn fine car now.
Some pics when we gave her the final 'showroom shine':

Our next project will be a '78 T/A. I tell you this guys - if it wasn't a #s matching 4-speed SE I would probably have thrown in the towel. 'A man has to know his limitations'...
But I guess you don't just dump 1 of 469, do you?
Btw, the TA was the reason why I found this forum - I was searching for recommendations for 2nd Gen tubular control arms.
The resto is still in a very early stage - any suggestions for chassis/suspension related mods are welcome. Thanks!

Finally there's 'The Widow'. It's a '69 El Camino SS which I bought 2 years ago. The car was quite worn out when it arrived from California but now it's a nice daily driver, though far from 'show quality'.

'Stage 2' resto will include a BB (to bring her back to her former glory...) and some supension mods.
We'll see - as for most of us it's always a question of time and/or money. ;-)

Willkommen! Schoenes Firebird. In welchem Stadt wohnen Sie? Es gibt noch einen 68er in Muenchen.
