Have a PowerTour East, PowerTour West, and PowerTour Central. The key is that every 3-5 years the HRM crew syncronizes the dates so we achieve harmonic covergence in one spot for 24 hours. Off-years are for training and conditioning for the big one, "PowerTour USA".
