      Oh it's a true story, the news stations around here are all reporting on it. They even interviewed the people who saw him barrelling down the road at 50 mph with that wheelchair on the front. Cops collaborated it too. And if it was a prank.....that's an awfully brave parapeligic to allow himself to be attached to the front of a semi and put into severe danger just for a joke.
