Alston rear frame bracing for 2nd gens?
A buddy of mine was telling me about a new brace from alston designed to brace the rear section of second gens, but I have had no success finding it. Anybody got any info or a link? Please??

06-14-2007 #3I emailed them about it several months back when it first started appearing in print adds. I liked that it tied both sides of the car together starting at the rear of the factory subframe and ending a the leaf spring pockets.
It inspired me to do something similar on my car and I can say that it works. My bracing is more towards the center of the car than just the rear, but I would still think it would work. It may actually work better as it would have more leverage against the front of the car due to the longer lever length.
