      How much is a "litre" in real volume?



      In the redneck south US a "litre" is what a female cat has when giving birth!

      I guess I better check the spelling.

      Gas here in Ontario, Canada is $109.00 a litre and there is 4.55 liters in a gallon which makes our gas roughly $4.95 a gallon depending on what time of day it is. The price goes up and down here like a pair of new brides pajamas
