      Mustang speedo cable routing?

I could have swore that I posted this, but I searched through my posts and couldn't find it, so I apologize if this was previously posted. I am looking to route the manual speedo cable on the 65 Mustang I am working on. Obviously one end screws nto the dash cluster and the other pushes into the tranny and is held with hold down clips. But where does it go through the firewall? About the only hole that I see that is doable is one right behind the gas pedal. The hole is directly behind (just off centered to the driver side a touch) the gas pedal and on the engine side there seems to be a little clip to help route the cable tighter to the floorboard? Is this the correct location for the cable? Thanks!

      Justin
