Dummy dash brake light not working

This is for a 67 camaro.

My ebrake switch makes contact and releases contact as it should.
However, whether that switch is open or closed, I have a hot wire at the brake valve under the master (brown wire from ebrake to valve).
I do not have a brake light on the dash. I know the bulb is good.

Any suggestions on what to check?
