Help, I need to convert and size down a vid..

      I have this file:SANY0011.MP4 (18642KB)

It's some type of quicktime deal. I need get it sized down to a more user friendly size and converted to something more common (MP3, WMV, etc)

      Can anyone help?

Can you email it to me so I can put it on Steve's site? I tried the program but it keeps telling the different formats are not support.
