      XV Stainless Headers

We've just got the first production batches of our stainless headers in. I'm really pleased with how these turned out. We're doing matching 3" stainless exhaust with polished stainless mufflers a well. I'll have pics of that installed in a week or two.

Bill, will these be ok for your Charger build?

Here's the details and some pics:

Ready to make serious horsepower these long tube, equal length headers in beautiful 409 Stainless Steel are an XV Motorsports exclusive.

These are the only headers on the market designed to work with cars that DON'T have torsion bars and run a front mounted rack (and take full advantage of all that extra space!). The headers were designed to work with XV's Level II suspension K-Member and will likely work with other aftermarket K-Members that eliminate the torsion bars (call for details). These will not fit on cars with torsion bars.

We've designed some great features into our headers that were pretty important to us for our builds and we're sure others will appreciate as well.

All of our headers feature an O2 sensor bung, so if you're running EFI these are ready to go. These are also great if you're running a carb and want to check your air fuel ratio. Just bring the car to a chassis dyno and you'll be able to perfectly dial in your carb(s)!

We also had them made with production style ball and socket type connection at the collectors. This type of connection allows much easier and flexible installation and does not require any gaskets.

Our headers were made so that you don't need to remove the headers to replace your starter. This was able to be done since these headers were designed for cars that DON'T run torsion bars.

We are offering these for the 6.1 HEMI, 5.7 HEMI, 426 HEMI and 440/Big Block motors.

These can also be ordered ceramic coated for an additional charge.

Hope you all like. There's some more details and pricing on our website.

We'll be annoucing another new product hopefully later today or tomorrow.

Hell yeah! Send them on, along with the oilpan if it is ready!
Also check, I don't have the subframe connectors yet, I may have forgot to order them.
These headers are just over the top, can not wait.
All the other parts are here and dissassembly starts this weekend!

Granted that you don't make them for my A-Body, but how much more would it have cost to use merge collectors rather than the conventional 4-1?

Very nice! But no love for the guys with R3 race blocks or LA's? Nice piece but I can't use them. Dang it!
Glad to see you guys are growing so well and coming out with all these cool new items. I gotta get one of those steering columns.

Glad to hear you'll be getting started on your build.

Oil pans are in now as well. I'll see if I can't get a pic up of them.

B Body subs we were waiting on an order of, they are due in this week - not sure if they arrived.

We didn't have them spec'd out that way, so I don't know how much it would have cost.

Almost every Level II we've sold or been talking to people about are either 426 HEMI or 5.7/6.1/392. There's only one LA I know of and it's a twin turbo setup. RB/440 we'd had more requests for. We had all the fitment and prototyping done for those, but won't have them made up in quantity until someone orders a setup w/ that motor.

Steering columns are a popular one for sure. We've got quite a few more new products coming on line behind these.
