C6 vs FMX
I recently needed to switch out my transmission and have found that the original FMX doesn't have the rebuild supplies as readily available as the C6. I've heard arguments that say the C6 is a better trans and I've heard people claim the FMX is better. I still have the core for the FMX and I'm wondering if there is anyone that can set me straight before I unload it and learn it could have been the better trans? Thanks.

C6 vs. FMX
do yourself a favor and get rid of the FMX. It weighs a ton. There are also no parts avalible for it in the aftermarket. What motor are you planning on running? IF you are going windsor based and are staying auto look into the lightest (a C4). If they tell you that these are tough a beg you to take a look at some of the fastest 5.0's around and you will find that they run them. You will have better luck with either over the FMX.
