      Opinions on brake set up

      I'm looking to build this car on the cheap, so i dont have like $5000 to spend on front and rear big brake kits. let me know what you think about what im planning. Also i wanna be able to fit behind my stock snowflakes. cars a 79 T/A.

      stock calipers from parts store - $?
      SSBC front stock size slotted rotors with hi po pads - $200
      SSBC rear caliper/rotor/pad kit (does all back end) - $700
      SSBC adj. prop valve with dist block - $120
      Stock brake hoses front/rear from parts store(does anyone make SS thats what i'd really like to firm it up) - $?
      Power brake services hydroboost system 6" booster and master cylinder - $550

      please let me know, like i said im just planning things right now. thanx in advance.

      I'd look more at getting soem 12" B body spindles and disc on the front. I think the slotted won't give you a noticable inprovement. They allow you to keep the stock calipers.

      Also unless you really liek the look of the hydroboost, my 79-81 small 4 wheel disc dual diaphragm booster stil works with 12" of vacuum and lower with other motors. A bunch of money you could spend other places in the brakes.

      Earls and Russel make SS flex lines, not real expensive through Jegs or Summit.
