Have you tried searching on ls1tech: http://www.ls1tech.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=28

Maybe Stainless Works has kit. Try them out.

I only know of people taking different application fo headers and cutting them up to make them work. BBC and SBF seem to be good starting points

You can take Rybar's advice and call Al Noe at Stainless Works. He sell's a header kit you can weld up and Frank is running a GP on Stainless Works right now.

Yeah, give Al a call at Stainless Works. He's got everything you need, and good prices too.

If you want to see a sample on how I built my first set of headers, look here: http://www.carcraft.com/howto/0304_head/

Thanks fellas.gonna check them out.My friend called Doug's headers and they told him if he paint4ed the jeep orange and grey and put a big "headers by doug" on his jeep, they would custom build a set for free.Even sending someone to his house to do a mock up to take back to there shop to build his.

I bought a set of flanges and some stainless mandrel bends, looks pretty good I think:

      Thanks Ryan,

I did use Hooker U-bends, 1 3/4 diameter and in different radiuses. I used 15 of them to make the headers with 3" collectors. The flanges are from GM. I took me just a few days of work. Then had them ceramic coated in black.

Here they are before the coating.

      In the car coated.
