new guy glad he found this forum

I came here on the recommendation of a fellow Oldsgmailer...it looks like I've found an awesome source of info. I've poked around a little; and it's a priviledge to be able to hang out with you fine, talented folks.

I've got a 83 H/O that I've had for 18 years, drove it daily for 12, put 200k on the odometer, and have driven the heck out of it. It's all apart now, frame off, and will be getting a new 403 SBO putting out over twice the horsepower of the original 307. I'm very interested in the info here on tweaking the braking and suspension systems on the G-body, as I intend to upgrade everything. I'm kind of shooting for a stock-ish looking car that runs hard and is nimble.

Thanks guys, I'll see you 'round. Thanks for letting me hang out!

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
