How much to rebuild a TH350?

What's the going rate for a performance rebuild on a TH350 trans? New converter, shift kit, clutches, in/out of the car, etc. Anyone in Clearwater/Tampa have any recommendations on a shop?

I have had it done for only like $250. Avoid the big chain shops like Aamco though if you are on a budget. They charge top dollar for labor.
A new stall converter will run you another couple hundred bucks depending on which one you get.
Be sure to factor in a good external tranny cooler too.
Or better yet, order up a new one from Gearstar or B & M or somebody.
