Front Brake Upgrade? '05 Suburban Daily Driver
question regarding my daily driver....
i have an '05 suburban 1500 w/ 9,000 miles (okay, maybe not driven every day). i think it could stop waay better.
are there any easy fixes i can do? i don't want to spend the big $ for a full Baer kit or anything, i just want to stop better, especially when full of passengers.
-do the 2500 models have bigger brakes that i could pickup inexpensive rotors & calipers from rockauto and just fit them right on?
-would a simple pad swap make much of a difference from stock?
