I’m up near Denton away from the city & I like it out here. It’s a good time to buy a house all around here too.

There are a few DFW members here; I'm hoping we can get some meets going soon.

well two things make me want to move from the socialist republic of Illinois, the weather and the tax happy liberals, in all honesty I'm not sure where exactly we will move, that's why we are taking a scouting trip in 2 weeks I do like the dryer west area and the more rural area but I do need the infrastructure to support the business

I just moved into a little town West of Fort Worth called Willow Park (half way between Weatherford and Fort Worth off of the 20).
It is rural enough but anything you need is just minutes away and the drive into and out of F/W for work is quick and painless compaired to ATL. Prices are great but property taxes are higher than other states due to not have an income tax here. I am in Parker county also which is cheaper the Tarent county. Good schools and friendly people.

I own a business just north of downtown Fort Worth and live in Azle (about a 20 min. drive). I like it because my business is 10 min from the UPS & FedEx hubs - they take shipments up to 8 pm. I live out in the country - no one bothers me or my car projects.

I'm on the Round Rock/Cedar Park border north of Austin. Since we've got all the Texans rounded up already, how about posting pics and specs of your cars? I write and shoot for several of the big car magazines, and am always looking for feature cars. Between Houston, DFW, San Antonio and Austin, Texas is home to some of the nicest cars in the country!

Parker, Texas here, home of the infamous TV show "Dallas" and the ranch at Southfork! Ok it was back in the 80's!

I grew up mostly overseas and lived on 3 continents but home has always been Texas...Mesquite, Plano, and now Parker.
