      Boy do I feel dumb!

I'm sure this isn't the first dumb question I've asked here and it sure as hell won't be the last.

What is this bolt hole for?

Also, Since I plan on putting in a Vintage Air or similar unit under the passenger dash area, is it safe for me to close up the old blower hole on the passenger firewall?
I wasn't sure where those new under-dash units pulled their outside air from.....
I also don't recognize this threaded stud in the picture!! Hey, it's been 15+ years since I disassembled this thing!!! :-D

      Thanks!

Not complete sure, but I believe the hole is for the front fender attachment bolt.

      Not sure of the stud.

I'll be damned! I found out the same thing when I put the fender up there for assembly tonight! Good call guys.

Any tips on the threaded stud close to it and the Q's on the blower hole and aftermarket A/C?

My vintage air unit had a closeout for the old blower hole.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
