      Painting Lsx motor

      We have a new LS2 were getting ready to install.And was just wondering about painting the motor.Just wondering how this is holding up for others? My concern was that the Aluminum will contract and expand much more that a cast iron block.Is anyone having issues with the paint cracking/ pealing or any other issues? Thanks Tim

      i plan on using the por engine paint on my iron 408 (silver), and i wouldn't mind hearing any input myself.

      I was thinking about doing a clear powdercoat on mine, but have yet to look more into the topic. I also wouldn't mine hearing input!
