okay i bought my joes racing products wheel from the local circle track shop. wicked i bought the annodized black wheel. I picked it up saturday and when i lifted the box i looked at the counter guy and asked where is the wheel. it was in there sure enough it is lighter than the box it came in. I'm thinking about having a piece of red leather wrapped around the top between the spokes, just as a reminder of top and for everyday driving comfort, and i do really like the feel of leather. anyway it is not SMOY quality and finish. it is really nice but in a cool functional weigh. if i were all about the show i would buy it bare and then detail the holes. just deburr them prettier. again it is nice and cool just not smoy quality.

I'm using a 14" Vette replacement wheel from Lecarra. It uses factory Vette hardware and allows me to use the horn button from a 70 Chevelle. It's a good choice for me as my project has a "factory" theme.
