      Fancy new wastegates! ! !

We have been using the Tial 44's for a while (that actually flow better than the 46) but even with a pair of them it's been a bit of a flow restriction. Causing the boost to fluctuate on the top end and making it a bear to tune. Even with a 95% ideal WG location on the outside radius of a bend right before the turbo. Well lets just say with these monsters it's not going to be an issue any longer.

      From left to right:
      60mm , 50mm, and Tial 44mm

LOOK AT THE SIZE OF THAT THING. 2 1/4" in/out ports with V-band clamps. Valve has 1" of travel, all stainless housing, and they claim it will last at least 1 million full cycles on a set of O-rings at over 40psi. I have no idea how many times a normal WG cycles, but I think that should be sufficient.

Needless to say with a pair of 60's I don't think we will have any problem keeping the boost down with the "big" turbos. What can I say, we thrive on absolutely retarded overkill.

We'll be trying the 50's on a car running a pair of 76gts turbos to see how well everything works on a somewhat normal setup, something fairly tame in the 1000-1300rwhp range.
