      PhotoChop a '66 Wagon

Ok, for those of you looking for a break from the holiday hussle and bussle, I'd like to see some photo-chops of a '66 Nova Wagon. Since my car is torn apart, I've supplied images of a car that is very similar to what I want.

      Here's the other details:

Budnik Gasser 18s in the rear, 17s upfront.
For pain, I want a 2-toner, with the charcoal from the Foose '69 camaro on top, with a the light pewter from the Foose Chopper on the bottom, seperated by a suttle, but bright fire-engine red stripe.

Can anyone help? Attached are the examples (please not, yellow wagon is NOT mine!)

      How about a 2-door wagon?
Stretched door, slanted B-piller, stretched rear wheel arches.
Custom front bumper and lower valance.

nice! I was actually thinking of turning it into a 2 door, but the selling point for the wife was it being a 4-door!

I like the custom valance, especially since of chevyIIs you can really see the front suspension, and I don't like that. Can you fill in the turn signals and put in a set of '69 Camaro running lights? That's another one I was thinking of doing in the bumper.

      Keep 'em coming!

I've always had a chubby for a two door Chevy II wagon. I think using the doors off of a two door post car would be the easiest way to do it. Move the striker post back, fill in what is left of the rear door with sheet metal and glass. I'm sure it would be a little more involved than that, but you get the idea.

So, are there any takers on the paint scheme?

There's actually a good write-up on do that same thing in the Nova! special from PHR. THis is also a good example:

Oh yeah, that's what I'm talkin' about . I personally don't care for yellow paint, but at the same time will admit that NOTHING grabs your eye like a bright yellow paint job.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
