widest 15" wheels in the front of a 2nd gen camaro?

Hi, I tried doin a search but I guess I suck or something cus I did'nt find what I was looking for.
Well, The question is, how wide a wheel can I fit in the front of my camaro? it's a 73 LT with the original A-arms and such. I only have the QA1 Coilovers, aswell as new poly bushings for the whole car.
I'm going for this kind of tires:

but I want to fit it inside the wheelwells. I could step up to 16" wheels if that makes a difference.

We have had the discussion on a forum in Sweden, of how wide a tire I could run in the back, They don't really know so I ask you guys, how wide before it hits on something? I have 295 on now, and I can't go more backspacing or it will hit the shocks, its on a 15x10" rim right now. any suggestions?
