      Steve,
Just for comparison, go to the goodmark installation website and get an idea of what it would cost and go from there. Of course I am not saying have them do the work, but it would give you an idea. just a thought.

the biggest dent will be labour (obviously)

most shops will usually be able to give you a "flat rate" for panel replacement. however the finish you want in the end will be a very big variance on the end cost. there can be 30+ hours difference in prep between a Nice paintjob.. and a show quality Mirror smooth paint job

I'm gonna make what I hope is a relatively nice stab at labour times

rockers - depends on what it's like behind them and their mounting .. prolly 4-5 hours each side (with decent shape behind them and mounting points.. and good quality replacements)
trunk pan - probably around 12 hours for a factory(or better than) appearance
inner and outter fenders - I'm assuming rear? probably around 15 hours each side

now mind you I haven't done body work in about 5 years and I worked in a shop that did show quality custom and resto. so my time guess's may be totally out to lunch. and theres ALOT that can add ALOT of time to those guess's ... one is poor quality replacement panels.. you can spend hours making one rocker or quarter fit just right. if any rust goes past the replacement panel cover area .. your into custom fab/filler time there.. again you can pay hours for someone to make a 6inch filler strip fit just right.

as for the final straighten and prep.. considering the vagueness and how much replacement your looking for. I would stab at around 20 hours for a nice better then factory look. if your going for mirror show quality panel prep... you could probably easily double that time

again if my times are off.. I'm sorry :( please anyone in more current situation correct me if needed!
