      1967 bird/camaro owner in FL

      Hola,
i actually found out about this website from a book i bought. Been working on vipers the last 2 years. But of course i am GM lover so after aquiring this 67 bird. I decided i want this car to be quick and handle and at least have ac. It currently has a m20 muncie a 2.93 geared original 10 bolt. stock front disk manual brakes manual steering. 9-1 454 square port heads mild hydrualic cam. 800 holley
msd ignition. The car of course needs some work. So after realizing how much a replacement front bumber is...I decided to camaroize the front end. OTher plans include a t56, super charger, viper 14 inch brakes, redo the interior.

IF anyone can help a list of some parts i need.

      67 header panel
      core support
engine wiring harness doesnt have to be perfect i mainly need the plug with a lil bit of wire on it
      upper windshield trim
      scattershield
      3 inch tail pipes

Welp thats a start for now i am sure i will have tons of questions etc...

      welcome

Welcome glad to see you here. Are you sure its cheaper to change over to a camaro bumper grill ect? What about the rear quarters and tail panel. It's your car but I am sure you will get sick of both the Chevy and Pontiac guys giving you a hard time plus you may want to think about resale value down the road. Just something to think about. The bumper its self is not that expensive as a repro. I bet if you need some brackets and other parts you can pick them up used. I may even have some for cheap. Not to jump on your first post but think it over. Steve

NAh its cool i dont think it will have a high resale value it originally was a 326 auto car. i like the tail lights in the bird and prefer the front end of a camaro and yes it is cheaper damn bumper is 400 dollars for da bird i need a header panel and core support and a few other nick nacks that i can buy for less new then the bumper. and if they hassle me then its something to talk about. and i like to be unique.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
