Let's try something a little different. What if a company let you, the enthusiast, choose the final design for a product? We had some downtime at the CNC shop. So we developed a few different looks for our new fender struts. You get to pick which style we make. Vote for your favorite design. Price for the fender struts is $145/pr with hardware.

I voted number 1, but I was vacillating between 1 and 2. After studying the pics again, I think I would vote number 2. The light color of the car as a background makes it a bit difficult to distinguish some of the smaller design differences.

Thanks! That looks Bitchin' up close. I'm torn between 1 and 2, but I'd be happy with either of the three on my car. $145 is a great price, too.

I like #1. Wonder why Gm didn't put fender strut bars on '68-'74 Novas?

That wouldn't happen to be Jeff Trush's old car, would it?

      Interesting....Who owns it now?

Oh, and by the way...number 1. Thanks.

1 or 2 for me as well, I picked 2 before I saw the close up of 1. Do you have a close up of #2?

I voted #2. Someday when I have spare cash I'll buy a pair and adapt them to the Monte!

Yup. That's Jeff's old car now owned by Jimmy Mulvey. It now has a full DSE front clip upgrade and a sweet 383. Soon to get a Quadra-Link. Lucky me, I get to stare at it every day and drive it every once and a while (just to help keep the juices flowing).

It's also an official Twist R&D car. So it will be first to receive all of the cool 69 Camaro parts that we are working on.

      Rocket,
We messed around with a few other designs. If you have a special fender strut in mind, we can build 'em for you. Shouldn't be too difficult now that the basic program is set up. Figure on no more than $250/pr. We also have a radical design in mind that is a complete departure from the basic "long and narrow" strut profile, but they would run around $500/pr or more--World's most expensive fender struts!! Aluminum has gone up 40%.

I was looking at 1 and 2, but voted 2. I liked the simpler look, it fit that car better. Now, something with a ton of billet and bling underhood would be more suited for #1.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

I would like #2, but without the "steps" in the front. Maybe just a smooth transition there to keep it simple.

I don't care for the steps either, looks to scifi. smooth transition looks more buisness like.

I agree now that I look at them...the step needs to be a smooth bevel like mentioned above.....
