      NOOB in TN

Newly registered, although I have lurked for 2-3 years. Great site with great info.
I have a 1979 Camaro project that like most in this area was thoroughly trashed when I got. The upside is, the body is solid except for some deer damage in front, and the price was right. 305/350 (again, the price was right), but I also have the engine from my old dirt car on standby, just trying to make up my mind what exactly to do with it. Suspension: cut front springs, and 17"x8" AR Ansen Sprints w/245/45 fronts and 255/50 rears

Paris is in NW TN, about 2 hours west of Nashville and 2 hours north of Memphis. Population about 8,000.
Not much in the way of PT around here. There are a fair amount of show/street rod types. The local tire store where I purchased my wheels and tires does however make a killing on bling.
