      Hmmm, you might be getting confused with Kansas City, BBQ doesn't really that big here, not compared to KC anyways.

      St. Louis, KC, and Memphis are where the *good* BBQs at.Per capita, there's more bbq sauce consumed in ST. Louis than anywhere in the world. I just got back from Texas, and while BBQ was represented in abundance, the good stuff was few and far between.

      Come on Mark, be proud! I would be if Cali had decent BBQ.

      Well, I wasn't aware of that. I know a lot of people BBQ themselves in the summer. But as far as resturants go, I can only think of a few, mostly chain types like Bandanas.
