      Working with alternative materials

Can Someone recomend some reading material for working with alternative materials such as fiberglass and carbon fiber. I am interested in making components for my cars that or ither not made or I just can't afford. specificaly but not limited to large scale parts such as body panels and bumper covers.

      One book is:
      Fiberglass repair and construction handbook.
By Jack Wiley. ISBN 0-83062697-2 by TAB books.
      It's pretty basic.

Anybody else have any suggestions on this? I'm in the same boat as trackrat79 with wanting to start making my own parts both for my '67 Firebird and for my sportbikes!!!

Trackrat79 I'll let you know of anything that I find.

The Experimental Aircraft Assn "EAA" has composite classes and will have one this weekend in Watsonville at the airport.

I've been doing some fiberglass work on my current project and have a brief writeup on my website of how I went about doing it.
