Anyone mini tub with Wayne Due irs?

Well im just wondeirng if anyone has minitubbed their car with the wayne due irs. Ive got the irs but my "builder" mentioned i should do it and be able to fit a 315 out back. Im planning on a front sub in the future, it would be awesome to run a 275 front 315 rear setup. I just wanted to see if anyone has successfully done it.

Note: this would be WITHOUT relocating the dog bones.

If you have a nine you can do the 315. Have done this to an eight and as much as we could squeez in there is about a 305 and not have any worries. All depends if you move the trailing arms in about an inch. We are working on making a billet piece to "capture" and support, while spacing in.

im assuming you are saying 69 and 68?

I really wana go with a 315 on a 10.5" rim, the tire choices for 305s suck to say the least....

You will have to narrow the rear to fit the larger tires because the dog bones have to move in

Well right now ive got quite a bit of room between the dog bones and the tire, and if i had the means to narrow them id throw a 335 in haha.

I am building a similar project.

I am shortening the rear end replacing almost all components fitting in the 335's with the mini tub.

What year rear end did you pick up? There is a difference in the track width depending on the year.

I am assuming you are talking about the C4 setup IRS correct.
