American Touring Specialties and customer service

I just wanted to publicly thank Tyler and ATS for helping me out recently. He went beyond what was required to take care of me, and it's great to have supporting vendors like that!

I wouldn't know about his customer service, but he definitely knows his stuff. And he's a really good guy. Just pay no attention to his hair.

Considering they spent time on the phone with me discussing installing another companies product, and the time they spend answering questions on boards like this. I would have to agree they have top-notch customer service.

Yea, theres a lot of difference between ats and most comanies, especially talking to the freakin owner! Theres a reason i dropped as much money there as I did. The only other company that comes to mind is hydratech. Now i just have to save up a few years for some of those headers...

Just a note about this weekend, my stupidity, and Tyler's service.
The bu was finished(almost) Friday morning, day of show. We get in home and realize the vibration is due to an incorrectly ordered flywheel. I needed one with weights, and ordered one without. Tyler gets the news about lunch time Friday and when we got back from the dragstrip Saturday the package was sitting there.
Thanks again Tyler, you saved the day, Jason (Datsbad) installed it in about 15 minutes and we drove the car to the autocross today and ran the crap out of it.
Customer service is the difference between a good company and a great one. Tyler seems to understand that, Thanks.

Thanks guys, we appreciate the feedback. One thing you will always get from anyone you talk to here at ATS is honesty. I will give you a no BS answer about anything you ask me about, on my products or others.

I would like to also chime in about Tyler being a straight up guy. I haved talked to him on a couple of occasions about different things and I have always been impressed at the end of the phone call.
