69 Chevelle Tail lights. PLEASE HELP!

The run through the hills is less than a week away and I have no tail lights, no courtesy lights, and no side marker lights. I have replaced the forward light harness, the rear light harness, installed new bulbs, new fuses, a new light switch, new ground straps, checked all other grounds, and replaced the horn relay. The car has been switched to an internally regulated alternator just in case you need to know. We tried replacing the light switch itself because when we jump the terminal on the plug that goes into the switch from the power to tail light terminals they come on. The same goes for the courtesy lights. I have checked everything I can think of and am currently looking over the wiring diagrams again. We also used a test light on the fuse block and it seems as though the section for the courtesy lights is not getting power, the tail lamp section is, but not the courtesy lamp section. When we removed the fuse block to check connections everything seemed ok. Any help or suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated.
