      C5 rear discs

Stone me if you wish, but I have searched and searched to no avail...I was curious about the rear C5 rotor lug pattern vs my stock lug pattern for my GTO's rear drums. I assume that I can simply buy new backing plates for the C5 rear discs for my 12 bolt, but will I have to change the axles for the C5 discs to get a different lug pattern so that the C5 fronts will match? That question clear as mud? Maybe I am not putting in the correct keywords for the search.(?) If so, could ya, would ya post a link to the thread for me?

      TY, C.T.

The lug pattern is the same. 5 on 4 3/4. You will need a caliper adapter bracket to bolt the C5 caliper to your 12 bolt housing. The rotor "should" slip right on but that will ultimately be determined by the axle flange and wheel locator diameters.

The C5 stuff will not bolt to a 12 bolt. You will need to use LS1 Camaro brakes for a bolt on. The caliper is identical to the C5 and the rotor differs only in the offset.
