is this what your talking about. I found these on summit's web site. the are 7/16

Close, those are ET types, but they might work. Its funny though, I searched the Gorilla site and did not see 7/16 tuner lug nuts, yet they showed up when I was looking up what you posted.
Anyway, I ordered 1/2-20 ARP studs and tuner lug nuts this morning. They have .568 knurl, so I should be able to run a 9/16 bit to widen the hub stud holes and be good to go.
