      new to the site

i just signed up on this forum because i am getting ready to get back on building my 67 camaro. it is my first car i got at 15 (now 33) and has gone under 3 complete different builds to this point. other projects took priority and the car has been sitting completely stripped for about 13 years. i originally started heading pro-touring with the car before the name pro-touring was ever even invented yet. the springs are custom wound with multi leaf rears set at 650# front and 375# rear linear. it used to handle pretty darn good before, but looking to kick it up a notch.
over the years i have had and modified 2 corvettes with the last 3 years modifying an 03 nissan 350z. don't knock this import as it has a built motor with twin turbos and tosses out 640rwhp!!! i am actually a sponsor on one of the 350z forums making parts to get the cars to this level, so you couldn't consider me new to building cars.
i have recently been missing the sounds of a thumping V-8 and want to get my camaro done, pro-touring style! i'm here to get some tips and tricks that others are doing to the 67, as i stopped researching about 14 years ago and i know alot has changed. heck, they didn't even make springs for the 67 back then and had to have them custom wound, lol.
giving a pre-thanks to all that help with my info search.
