New TN law regarding NOS systems

Just a heads up on a new traffic law regarding nitrous use in vehicles in Tennessee:

Effective July 1st, 2006, it is now a felony to have a nitrous system hooked up to your vehicle that is driven on the street. The law states that any vehicle stopped that has a nitrous system installed and has the line hooked to a supply (bottle), whether or not the system is armed or whether or not the bottle is full or empty. The driver can be charged with a felony for having a nitrous system in the car hooked up.
