Pro Fab, I like your look too, but I think the black Chevelle is more my style.

Thanks for posting that. I was wondering what the lip looked like on a 4.5 backspaced 8" C-5. (that's what I ordered) Those are gonna look awesome!

They are on the way to SEMA right now. Tim has been insanely busy. When I see him I'll tell him to check the thread if he hasn't yet.

I got great service from Tim, Must be a temporary setback.

BTW: It was very hard to get the tires onto these wheels compare to TT2's. What makes them look good has a backside aswell. The wide lip means there is a lot of distance before you can reach a "step" in the rim starting from the front. So you have to push the tire down a LOT to get it to go into the smaller part of the rim. It creates an angle on the tire during mounting that is so great that it's very hard to get the tire over the wheel.

If your tire machine has delrin(plastic) protectors on the clamps, I suggest setting the rim upside down, and the clamps over the rim for the mounting of the tires. The backside of these wheels have the step located very close to the edge so mounting the tire from the back is MUCH MUCH EASIER.

What makes these wheels look so good is the deep lip and the stepless rim, it makes a world of difference IMO..

Just make sure the tire machine used is lip friendly. The one I used had delrin protectors on the clamps.
