Any Suggestins on Reputable Transmission Vendors?
Looking for a 700r or 200r for a 74 el camino put behind a 427 small block chevy...eventually with a posi..3.73 gears....any suggestions?. i've been looking at Mad Dog....Monster....i'am new to the internet scene....i'd appreciate your help/advice. thanks

Depending on how strong it is, either tranny, once heavily built up, will stand up to say 550-650rwhp. I'd look at Hughes (hughesperformance.com) or TCI.
Any higher power than that needs (IMO) a built 4L80E.
