      ls1 p/s pump with iroc steering box

      will the stock ls1 p/s pump for a rack work with a 3rd gen steering box. mike

      Yes it will work. I'm not sure if the fittings will plug rght in though.

      Yes, it will work.. the fittings required will depend on what gearbox you have.

      Call DSE and they can get you the right ones. I ran an 4th gen f-body PS pump with my Saginaw 600 box no problemo..

      If you are going to drive it hard I would recommend to use the P/S-oil cooler. Some of the LS1 cars have that as standard. It is not pretty looking but it does its job.

      The P/S oil can be really hot when you do a lot of turning.
