      Baer Brakes for old Fords?

(a continuation of a thread from the project update page)

so where can I buy the 13-front/12-rear Baer brake package for my Fairlane
(same spindle as a mustang)? I know Baer makes them; lots of cars are running
them. I just don't know where they are buying them and for how much. baer.com
is not much help, and googling only turns up late model packages.

I'm still trying to decide Baer vs. SSBC vs. JMC.

      pointers & urls welcome. thanks.

you need to follow the advice above in the projects post. you have to buy directly from baer. expect a small wait, i took me a little over a month to get mine. if you can, upgrade to the 70 drum spindles, they are heavier duty, but only if your car is a 68-69 or 70

EDIT nevermind on the 70 spindles, stay with yours on a '66, i just read your profile.

thanks --- I'll call them direct. I was confused since you could find late model stuff
      at reseller sites.

btw -- Global West sells brakes w/ Wilwood calipers on the large 69-73 spindles:
